A drive wasn’t recorded
Open Odometa, go to Settings › Diagnostics and share the diagnostics with your message. You see what’s inside before you send it. Location events include the coordinates of your recent drives — they are used only to find out what went wrong.

Purchases
Bought Odometa Pro on another iPhone or reinstalled the app? Open the Odometa Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Moving to a new iPhone
While Store in iCloud is on, Odometa keeps a daily copy of your log in your own iCloud and offers to restore it on a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account. You can also save a backup file in Settings › Data.
Tax questions
Odometa keeps records and does the arithmetic with the IRS standard mileage rates. Whether a trip is deductible is for you and your tax professional to decide.
